As someone who has been both researching summarization techniques to better consume content and exploring AI for writing this is super interesting. Thanks Jorge! Why use Notion AI instead of the free version of chatGPT? Is it the integration? How does it perform comparatively?
It's primarily because of the integration with my capturing system. I don't need the summary to be perfect, just good enough to judge whether the content is worth my time or not. I would have to manually paste every content into GPT to do the same. In Notion is just 1 click.
I actually pay for both, because I use GPT for coding. But if I used AI for writing alone I would use Notion. It's way more convenient to have it all in the same space and it's also half the price to GPT :)
Gotcha. That's good to know! I'm paying for Chatgpt right now, but I'm trying to find a way to use the API to integrate it with both my notes and my code. Basically to make an AI assistant that has context of my work and ideas. I find this stuff so fascinating and I think its full potential hasn't been tapped yet.
